In its second edition, exclusive food and beverage fair, ANUFOOD Brazil, doubles the number of exhibitors and will have special programming

The event will have 400 exhibitor brands and should receive 10 thousand visitors. Parallel attractions range from business rounds and equipment showrooms to confectionary and pizza tasting workshops

ANUFOOD Brazil, the only exclusive business fair for the food and beverage sector in the country, reaches its second edition between March 9 and 11, in São Paulo, and the event is expected to attract more than 10 thousand professionals from food service establishments (bars, restaurants, hotels, etc), distributors, wholesalers and supermarkets. The event is officially sponsored by Makro Food Service.

The fair, the Brazilian version of Anuga, the largest world event in the sector, will occupy an area of about 14 thousand m2 and will have 12 international pavilions, besides individual exhibitors from 24 countries. “We will have at least 400 exhibiting brands, which represents a 100% growth compared to last year”, celebrates Cassiano Facchinetti, general director of Koelnmesse Brazil, organizer of the fair. “Over 85% of the exhibition areas have already been sold, a reflection of the success of the inaugural edition of ANUFOOD, which took place in 2019”. According to the executive, the success of the event reaffirms the need of the food and beverage market for a fair focused on this sector.

Besides the exhibition space, ANUFOOD Brazil will have an intense parallel program. A series of special activities are planned to promote integration among visitors and stimulate dialogues about the future of the food and beverage market in its most different aspects, such as consumption trends, productivity and innovation, health, safety and sustainability.
